Inscribed: “For Matilda, To wish her luck with all her projects - personal and professional - through 1950. Affectionately, Alec. New Year’s Eve 1949.” Very good slightly used copy with some minor edge wear and a couple of tiny tears to the cloth at the top and bottom of the spine in a used lightly dust soiled dust jacket with some small and medium chips and small tears. A collection of poetry, grouped by time and commonality of theme, chosen by Alec Waugh because of their meaning to him over the years.
