Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania: Pittsburgh National Bank, 1964. Pamphlet. Good. Three 8.5x11-inch sheets of paper, stapled at top left corner; letter-size envelope. List of titles of 35 works by Vincent Nesbert (Pittsburgh artist) and the corresonding prices. The envelope is addressed to Nesbert and is from the Jellico Studio of Western Art, Denver. The list did not, however, come in that envelope. Jellico Studio of Western Art is the studio of painter Nancy Jellico, known for her renderings of Western themes. Nesbert, born in Poland in 1898, emigrated to the US in 1914. He studied at the Carnegie Institute of Technology and the National Academy of Design 1920-1921. Upon graduation from the National Academy of Design he received the Joseph Pulitzer Prize for a year study abroad. Vincent Nesbert joined the Art Institute of Pittsburgh in August, 1928. He later served as dean of the Art Institute for many years. He exhibited in the 1922-1927, 1929-1931 Carnegie International Exhibition.
