A paper label on the front says "No. 1002 Ascending Marshall Pass" with Jackson's imprint and "Photographers of Rocky Mountain Scenery" printed on the back of the glass. Jackson was an early adopter of lantern slide production. Depicted are Denver and Rio Grand Railroad tracks and a locomotive at Marshall Pass near Mt.
