Contains ten plates, hand-colored against a background of gold, with tissue-guards, taken from nineteenth-century book illustration. Very fine in black morocco with gold-tooled and hand-painted floral decoration. Gilt inner dentelles and yellow silk endpapers, with a pink ribbon bookmark. (1 15/16 by 1 3/8; 48x34mm).
