Dated [Paris] April 13, 1910. On black-bordered ivory mourning paper. In French (with translation).Enescu gladly agrees to accompany Adolphe Hennebains (1862-1914), a well-known French flautist, on his Cantabile et Presto for flute and piano. "... I will be happy to accompany Monsieur Hennebains, who plays it so well, on my Cantabile et Presto. With my thanks for having put this piece on the program...
