New York: Self-Published, 1964. First edition. Paperback. Very Good +. 4to. Side-stapled 8 1/2 x 11" sheets printed on rectos only. 29 pp including a four page sequence at the end of the volume with some remarks for the dancers. Expanded in 1971 by the Tetrad Press and republished many years later (1979) by Station Hill Press, this being the correct first edition. Reproduced typed sheets with numerous hand corrections. It appears that Jackson ran off a small number of copies to be handed out for performances during the period 6 February to 22 March, 1964. The author's first major work preceded only by his participation in An Anthology of Chance Operations from 1961. The first copy we have seen. A tiny number of copies seem to have found their way into institutional hands, but most universitiy holdings are for the later revised editions. (Inventory #: 22249)
