Salter designed and illustrated covers for authors such as Albert Camus, John Dos Passos, Jack London, and Thomas Mann. The Exhibition Catalog illustrated with 19 pages of Slater book jacket designs, beginning in Berlin 1928 and carrying through to New York, 1961, printed in sepia. Brown cloth soft wrappers, with title in black at front wrapper. The catalog, 4 1/4 x 9", very good condition. The Tower of Babel dust jacket 7 1/2 x 8 1/2", very good condition.
