With the original brown cloth covered boards, with decorative blind stamping. A paper label with the title written in pen has been mounted to the spine. Thirty-one pages of publisher's adverts at the rear. The extremities are rubbed, there are small losses from the corners of the covers, and the edges of the covers are faded. The underlying boards are exposed along the edges. The endsheets are darkened, and there is a former owner's bookplate on the front pastedown. With a couple of prominent cracks in the text block.
