Folio, newspaper, illustrated, 25- 40 pp. Chips, small tears and folds in margins, a little aging and browning; otherwise very good. Great issue, that includes a Thomas Nast Cover on the addressed the "Virginius Affair." We almost went to war with Spain after they captured the American ship Virginius, and the Spanish, who believed they were helping the Cubans, executed over 50 American as pirates.
