New York: Emery Roth & Sons, 1968. Hardcover. G (Binder covers are substantially aged and soiled; pages are quite clean.). Ringed-notebook. Tan cloth, unpaginated, many BW illus., plus 12 pp. supplement in additional small three-ring binder. A binder that showcases the work of Emery Roth & Sons, architects, of New York. Internal clues place the date of the main book as 1964. This was a family-run architectural firm founded by Slovakian-born architect Emery Roth (1871-1948) in 1903. The notebook includes many illustrations of high-rises in New York City. An additional supplemental binder lists buildings completed by the firm up through 1967, with more "under construction." A unique piece of American mid-century modern architectural history.
