One-sheets printed on both sides with some foxing, chips, and tears. The text is "Papers Relative to Great-Britain; Being the Second Part of the Message of the President of the United States Consisting of the Correspondence of Mr. Jefferson, Mr. Hammond, Mr. Pinckney, &c. &c." John Dunlap and David C. Claypoole were also the printers of the first copies of the Declaration of Independence. The American Daily Advertiser was one of several names of their newspaper.
