Beyrouth [Beirut]: American Press, 1907. Thick 4to (25.5 cm), publisher's blindstamped morocco, gilt-lettered spine; some rubbing at the edges, but generally good and sound with clean textblock. The American Press was established in 1822 at Malta, and moved to Beirut in 1834. It was among the first Arabic presses of the region, and was one of the primary providers of Arabic printed material there throughout the 19th century.
