He writes "to admonish our Pamphleteers of the Perniciousness and Defectiveness of their Measures...of serving their own a Party's end; in short, he criticizes most authors and the press of writing without principles or having a coherent series of convictions. One of his earliest writings that was only attributed to him after his death. A very nice copy bound in a somewhat modern plain brown cloth.
