Illustrated with full page plates in black on orange stock, as well as four double page, and quite striking, illustrations in duotone. Contains 43 stories adapted from Malory, as well as a final story, The End of the Book, which concludes with Caxton's colophon. First published in 1904, Cutler's adaptation was reprinted several times, but received fresh glory in 1941 when Elinor Blaisdell provided the muted illustrations. Cloth and foredge lightly spotted with age and soil else this is a very good copy.
