Letter. Poor. Addressed to Controller's Office (Gentlemen), IN the list of the town of Greenwich for 1811 the amount of the assessments are set at 4455 dollars. The list of the names of persons that are assessed make only 1889 dollars; Attorneys, Merchants, Taverners, non-Mill owners do not appear to be noticed in the list sent. The law requires that the names, occupations, and the ammount at which each person is set in the list should be returned. You will please to forward such Return before the first of April.
