Rare and fascinating booklet published by "Friends of Europe", whose objects were to "encourage effective cooperation for the prevention of war and the establishment of peace, as well as to provide accurate information about Nazi Germany for use throughout Great Britain, the British Empire, the USA, Europe, and wherever the English tongue is known." The aim of this pamphlet is to set out Hitler's ideas of Party, State and Religion, as they are found in his autobiography, "Mein Kampf". Laid in a 4-page Newsletter supplement from a different publication (K-H News-Letter), and dated September 15th 1939. It is the written reproduction of Commander Stephen King-Hall's broadcast at the BBC, on September 8th 1939. It is entitled "Why are we at war?". Some creasing and minor chipping along spine and edges of wrappers. Minor creasing throughout. Wrappers and interior in overall very good condition.
