Rubbing to corners, showing. Hinges gapped at flyleaves and a few other places in text. Pages 33, 47, 119 and 121 loose from binding, laid in. Gift inscription dated Christmas 1912 on front flyleaf. Smudging on some pages and a couple page corners turned, straightened. All 16 plates by W.W. Denslow, collated and complete, a couple starting to come loose. Title on spine and boards both the shortened form. Spine has "The" in serifed type and no period after the author's name. Crow on front board does not have an orange eye.
