This is the first of two miniature books published by Audrey Arellanes, who was a minature book enthusiast, but is best known for her prominent place in the world of organized bookplate collecting. She was President of the American Society of Bookplate Collectors and Designers for 30 years and wrote extensively on the subject. Book bound in orange paper backed in turquoise cloth, with an Indian postage stamp featuring Tagore pasted to the front cover. Minor edgewear and staining to cloth, small tear in postage stamp, else near fine. (Bradbury, p. 29). (2 15/16 by 1 13/16; 74x45mm).
