Softcover
1938 · [no place
[no place: no publisher], 1938. Softcover. Fine. Quarto. 34pp, printed rectos only. Spiral bound textured wrappers with title in black on the front wrap. Touch of rubbing and wear at the corners, near fine. Although not marked in any way from the collection of Mahlon W. Kenney, an electrical engineer for Grunow Radios and later the Seeburg Corporation, where he invented the iconic Wall-O-Matic diner jukebox. A curious item due to Grunow Radios, marketed under the Majestic brand, filing for bankruptcy the year before. A muddy history followed with multiple owners swapping company assets and trade names. Regardless, a wonderful catalog showing of more than 20 vintage radios. At the rear are additional images of a store display, company advertisements, advertising schedules, and an antenna for achieving a better signal. Not surprisingly *OCLC* locates no copies.
