Tan illustrated paper wraps with dark blue lettering on the front cover. The front and back cover illustrations are by Arthur Szyk, featuring scenes of Jewish shtetl life in Poland, and are lithographically printed. This is the 1935 issue of the annual periodical, the main report of which deals with the state of the Polish Jewish community and the organization's attempt to "[aid] the Jews in Poland politically and financially." The front of the publication features an introductory message from famed New York real estate developer Benjamin Winter, who at the time served as president of the organization. The end of the English language portion features a large section contemporary advertisements of various kinds. Text in English and Yiddish. Wrappers with some light staining and soiling, with some closed tears and fraying along edges, and some rubbing to corners. Cover images mostly unaffected. Head and tail of spine with some closed tears and some chipping and rubbing respectively. Small contemporary sticker towards tail of spine. Interior with some light age toning to some pages, and some minor staining to the first few pages of the Yiddish language section. Binding in good-, interior in overall very good- condition.
