Solid and VG in its cloth-backed light-brown boards, with bright gilt-lettering along the spine. Light scuffing and wear along the panel edges; internally, light foxing to the pastedowns and endsheets and very light, intemittent soiling along the text. All plates though remain crisp and clean. From the reference collection of the pre-eminent 1920s and 30s Palm Beach architecture firm Treanor & Fatio, whose name appears on the front pastedown. (Inventory #: 13200)
