The first was published in 1724. OCLC lists one copy of the first printing in North America (Trinity College). All edges gilt. . Octavo. Engraved device on title-page, engraved borders and initial letters. Pages ruled in red throughout. Appendix has separate title page with same year of publication and engraved device Some corners lightly worn. Endpapers with offsetting from the leather binding. Front flyleaf has light wear at gutter margin. A very good copy, clean and tight. Authors of these anthems include Purcell, Boyce, Weldon, Croft, and Mrs. George Frederick Handel.
