Matted and framed, overall size 16 x 21 inches. Old folds , small brown spot (not affecting text), lower right corner with very slight loss of paper. Approximately 10 x 15 inches. The document grants John Ziegler of Logan County, Ohio a tract of land. It is signed by Andrew Jackson via a secretarial signature and also shows the book and page in which the document was recorded.
