5" x 3" heavy stock printed folder. The folder is a reproduction of the Woodruff & Ennor firm advertisement. With text regarding the firm's stage line, and a timetable. Laid in to the folder is an original printed ticket for the stage line. The ticket's text reads "Tramway Party! [Handwritten: Mr. Crane & Lady]. Your company is respectfully asked, for the Tramway Party of the International Mill, May 12, 1871." The ticket was printed by the White Pine Daily News Print Shop in Hamilton, Nevada. It measures 3" x 4.5". An interesting relic of mining era Nevada. Hamilton is now a a ghost town, but by 1869 the town had more than 12000 inhabitants. The community's boom was fueled by the discovery of silver deposits in the area, which eventually proved limited. The ticket and folder are a little soiled but generally in nice condition.
