1930-1950. The greeting cards are: 70 from the 1930s; 19 from the 1940's and 49 from the 1950's, 25 that are older, and 181 undated. In additon, there are 32 undated Valentines cards. The cards are in very good condition and the dates are mostly taken from the cancellation on the envelopes. One of the Valentines is lace covered and another has an image of a mouse & cheese and a cut out eye. A couple of signifcance are the 1944 Christmas card from the "Advance Section Communication Zone", another is a racist image of young Black child with a watermelon, there is a pop-up Christmas tree card, a paper doll with outfits inside a bell, a couple of pop-up cards, a coffee pot card, etc. Sold as a lot only.
