Mexico: Producciones Barbachano Ponce, 1959. Three vintage photographs from the set of the 1959 film. All likely shot on the same day, and on a set in a rural location. Buñuel appears in each photo wearing a pith helmet, in the first with cinematographer Gabriel Figueroa, the second with lead actor Francisco Rabal, and the third eating lunch alone on a makeshift table.

Each photo with the Paris address stamp for Telecine, as well as annotations and penciled press markings on the verso.

All photos 5 x 7 inches. Near Fine.
