An octavo measuring 8 7/8 by 5 1/2 inches with the flimsy front cover reinforced on its verso side with thin tissue guard and the inner, printed, heavier paper wrap is reinforced on both of its sides. Both panels of the rear wraps are missing. The text block is generally well foxed throughout. 136 pages illustrated with the frontispiece titled " Inauguration of Washington at the Old City Hall 1789".
