A nice grouping free from any foxing. The true first appearance in print of this novel preceding the triple decker later in the year and the 1895 one volume edition. Also contains the complete novels THE DOCTOR'S MIXTURE (a.k.a. TWO FAIR DAUGHTERS) by Percy Fitzgerald; CASTAWAY by Edmund Yates & THE WICKED WOODS OF TOBEREEVIL by Rosa Mulholland. Included also is the first printing of Le Fanu's MADAME CROWL'S GHOST, the title of a collection of short stories which was first published in 1923, et.al. (Inventory #: 12384)
