A fine early printing inscribed by Dr. Seuss. Inscribed to Jonathan Cott who interviewed Dr. Seuss twice for a book he was writing. The book, entitled Pipers at the Gates of Dawn, was about Seuss and five other creators of children's literature, including Maurice Sendak. The inscription suggests the book was a gift from Seuss to Cott. Housed in a custom-made collector's slipcase.
