San Francisco: The Porpoise Bookshop, 1957. 32p. includes covers, 4.25x5.5 inches, period woodcuts (a fine selecion), brief history, lots on various fish, includes a recipe for cioppino by Patricia Evans at rear; very good little handbook in stapled white pictorial wraps. Evans was born in Wisconsin and educated in San Francisco. He opened his book shop in the 1940s and began hand-printing booklets and linocuts in 1949. (Inventory #: 212258)
