There are soil markings on the front and back covers, as well as dampstain on the right bottom corner of the front cover and in the middle of the back cover. The spine is dirty and is starting to chip on the top and bottom, with worn edges. The top of the text block is dusty. The front cover has a fold down the center. Inside pages are toned around the edges and browning with age. There is a tear on the fore-edge on the half title and title pages. This scarce title contains speeches by Italian fascist dictator Benito Mussolini (1883-1945) as well as industrial and corporate structure and laws in Italy, circa 1935.; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 126 pp .
