From the Library of Ed Grabhorn at the Grabhorn Press." The Grabhorn Press was one of the leading makers of finely printed books in the early 20th century, founded by the two Grabhorn brothers who settled in San Francisco in 1919. Edwin Grabhorn was also an art and antiquarian book collector.An account of the author's Swedish grandfather's military experiences, based on "having served several years in Napoleon's army" (Preface, i). By "Yankee Swanson" (A.W. Nelson) and illustrated by Einar Nelson. Brown cloth, frontispiece, 128pp, signed presentation copy.
