One side slightly uneven, minor margin fold or tear, no impact on text, a little foxing, slight margin stain; otherwise very good. This broadside advertises the sale of "condemned quartermaster's stores," including "1 Dump Cart, 1 Heating Stove, 1 Cooking Stove, Stove pipe and elbows, Mule Collars, Mule Bridles, Pumps, Oil-Cans, Steel Hoes, Steel Rakes, Scythe and Scythe Snaths, Hay-forks, Hatchets, Halter-chains, Cross-cut Saw, Hand saw, Monkey Wrench, Rasp, Paulins. Additional stuff includes camp and garrison equipment. Terms are for cash on delivery. The sale was to be held under the purview of Lieutenant L. O.
