Stockton, CA: Woodstock Anarchist Party, 1973. 4p., very good, 8.5x11 inches. Reprinted from Black Raven, vol. 1 no. 6 (July 24, 1973). Reprint of the Minneapolis-based "Black Raven declaration of principles (or non-principles)," by the Woodstock Anarchist Party, based in Stockton, CA. The WAP was actually an effort by neo-Nazi Perry Bernard "Red" Warthan to infiltrate the anarchist movement. After posing as an anarchist organizer for several years, he dropped the pretense and returned to Klan organizing. In 1982 he was arrested for the murder of a 17-year-old who had told police about racist activities in Oroville, CA; he died in prison, after an unsuccessful effort to persuade the Anarchist Black Cross to take up his case.
