London: World Film Publications Ltd, 1947. The story of a brain surgeon played by James Mason who becomes involved in a passionate crime of revenge. Very good bright lightly used copy with some wear to the spine and a bit of edge wear and dust soiling in printed wrappers. The front cover shows Mason looking down from a window wearing an expression somewhere between remorse and paranoia and, in marked contrast, he appears on the rear cover in an ad photo smiling and happy with a cat on his lap from his authorized biography by Jno. P. Monaghan. (Inventory #: 21265E)
