Celebrating “Women Making a Difference,” the expanded Book Fair schedule, now three days long, features a lecture by narrative nonfiction author Heath Lee on her new book “League of Wives,” practical printing and bookbinding demonstrations, expert book appraisals, other literary presentations, and special events.

The Virginia Antiquarian Booksellers Association (VABA) will host its 7th annual Antiquarian Book Fair, bringing together book lovers from around the Commonwealth and DC Metro area with close to 50 outstanding rare and antiquarian book dealers. Partnered with the Virginia Museum of History & Culture (VMHC), the Book Fair will feature Ms. Lee’s presentation, other lectures about “women making a difference” in politics, culture, architecture, and book publishing, as well as book appraisals, special exhibits, and practical demonstrations of bookbinding, quill cutting, and printing, and activities designed to appeal to all ages.
