Pittsburgh:  Cramer, Spear & Eichbaum,  1810. 12mo (6 3/4 x 4 1/4 inches). 504pp.  (Pale dampstain at the gutter of the first signature). Original muslin-backed blue paper covered boards. Housed in a red morocco backed slipcase. Fine unsophisticated copy in original boards.
