Brown cloth boards, gilt lettering, in blind decorative elements, beige endpages, fold-out map. 8vo. 368pp. Two maps included: one double page, one large fold-out. Though reprinted relatively recently, the original editions are quite uncommon...scarce with the maps remaining. Noted flaws not withstanding, a very presentable copy.
