Near Fine condition. Within 2 months of the signing of the Oslo Accords, control of the Occupied Territories was turned over to the newly created Palestine Authority. The last day of Israeli postmark under military administration became a symbol of the new transition in accordance with Israel’s efforts to make peace with its Arab neighbors.
