Drawing of comic character Andy Gump on a 4.5" x 6" card" Shawnee Inn". Inscribed: "For Twittie! Gus Edson." Framed and glazed. Small stains in the margins, very good or better. Edson continued drawing the comic strip, The Gumps, after the death of it's creatoir, Sydney Smith in 1935. He later co-created the terminally boring comic strip, Dondi. .
