German Paper Hat, Resembling Oliver Hardy
1930. Ephemera. Very Good +. Charming German paper hat, circa 1930, an apparent hommage to Oliver Hardy (of "Laurel and Hardy"). Bright and VG in its vivid blues, yellows, blacks and reds (the prominent bulbous nose), with very light wear along the tips. The only printing appears on the lower reverse and states in tiny letters "D.R.G.M. Germany". Measures (in its almost half-circle) 12" wide x 7" tall.
