First edition. 297pp. Duodecimo [15.5 cm] Full black diced pebbled leather with the title gilt on the backstrip. Near fine. Name in ink on the front pastedown. In custom burgundy faux-leather clamshell case with black gilt-stamped spine label.

First edition. 57-219pp Octavo [23 cm] Original 1/4 gray cloth under black boards with advertisements printed in gilt on the boards. Very good. Light rubbing to the extremities of the boards. Advertisements on the boards are faded. The folding plate of a view of Salt Lake City is present at the front of the volume. This fold-out has had professional tissue repairs. The folding 'Plat of Salt Lake City' is present in facsimile, and laid in at the rear.
