Extracted from Herman W. Liebert's talk, "Ralph Isham's Big Red Books," given at the Typophiles Christmas Luncheon, December 9, 1981, printed at the Melbert B. Cary, Jr. Graphic Arts Collection, School of Printing, Rochester Institute of Technology, by Herbert H. Johnson and Archie D. Provan. The "Big Red Books" refer to The Private Papers of James Boswell from Malahide Castle. In the collection of Lt.-Colonel Ralph Heyward Isham, in 18 volumes.
