Seven pages of endnotes, a 21-page bibliography, and an index of 98 paintings in the exhibition complete this lavishly illustrated book, almost 1-1/2" thick! The exhibition was held Sept. 28, 1997 to Jan. 11, 1998, and was then then sent to two other locations.
