Rusk's copy with his name and his daughter's name penned on the front endpapers, lacking the scarce dustwrapper. Rusk taught English at the University of the Philippines, 1912-1914. Ralph Leslie Rusk was a Professor Emeritus of American Literature at Columbia University, New York, New York.
