Saint Paul: James M. Goodhue, 1851. 224. Large octavo. Original printed wrappers. Light chipped at edges and spine extremities, light creasing and spotting. Final leaves dog- eared and slightly chipped. Light dampstaining and occasional foxing internally. About very good, in original condition. An early example of territorial printing in Minnesota, produced by Minnesota's first printer, containing the minutes and transactions of the second session of the Legislative Council of the territorial government, established in 1849.
