One of the first substantial pieces of printing produced in the Minnesota Territory, recording the minutes and transactions of the first session of the Legislative Council. Also includes an appendix, containing several proclamations by the territory's first governor, Alexander Ramsay, and the results of a census of the territory taken in 1849.
