Light browning, some leaves have light foxing, tiny faint mark from paper clip to title and final page. $150. * Only edition, one of three accounts of this trial, all from 1817. "Elijah Goodridge brought charges against a number of individuals whom he accused of robbing him, but apparently no robbery had taken place. Goodridge's accusations had been fabricated and the defendants were acquitted after a trial in the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court" (Cohen). This is one of three accounts of this case.
