[Manuscript birthday card for Frank Sadilek ( aka 'Big Frank')]

[Oakland?], [1960s]. Very good; some remains of mounting on the last page.. 4pp. A 30 x 20.5 cm sheet folded to four sides. Full color illustration of a skull with bullet hole followed by three pages of signatures and occasional sentiments. Accompanied by an early (1950s) black and white photograph [60 x 85 mm] of Frank and companion aboard a 500cc Norton (!).

The card is signed (some with brief notes) by 21 members and some girl friends from various California chapters and a member of Satan's Slaves. Frank Sadilek was one of the founding members and first president of the SF chapter of the gang.
