Press release regarding a questionnaire issued by the Committee to the gubernatorial candidates of the primary election. Verso reproduces the response of James E. Waddell, a former democratic candidate who states that "as Governor of Ca. I would pardon any man convicted on perjured testimony," as was Mooney's case. (Inventory #: 40538)
